Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Lauren, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting individuals through mental health crises and providing individual psychotherapy to clients in need. My background as a crisis therapist has strengthened my ability to meet clients where they are at- utilizing an empathic, calm, clear path forward during challenging times.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and solution-focused approach- while helping clients build on their strengths and move toward meaningful change. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, you can expect to gain practical coping strategies, develop stronger emotional resilience, and set clear, achievable goals that align with your personal values. I aim to create an environment that feels nonjudgmental, encouraging, and empowering — a space where growth feels possible even when life feels overwhelming. Together, we will focus on small, meaningful steps that build confidence, foster healing, and help you move toward the future you want!
