Great to meet you!

I specialize in using solution focused therapy and CBT techniques to help clients reframe negative thinking. I provide a calm, confidential space so clients can feel safe sharing their thoughts without fear of judgment. I help clients with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder and other diagnoses navigate relationships, improve communication, address negative thinking and manage anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I use multiple therapeutic techniques to help clients develop healthier coping strategies and work towards meaningful change. I emphasize the power of coping skills, self care, honest communication, and attention to boundaries.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are catered to each individual client. I am curious and supportive, and am here to help. Initial sessions are about identifying problem areas and discussing goals for therapy.
