Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I earned my MSW from Boston University and am currently completing my Doctorate in Social Work. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, feel genuinely heard, and talk about the hard stuff without feeling judged. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and human because I believe feeling comfortable with your therapist matters just as much as the tools you learn.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, practical, and tailored to the person sitting in front of me rather than using the same formula for everyone. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based strategies while keeping sessions conversational and focused on what is actually helpful in your everyday life. We may work on understanding patterns, managing overwhelming emotions, building coping skills, setting boundaries, or simply making life feel a little more manageable. I also believe there is absolutely room for humor in therapy when it feels right.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is mostly about getting to know each other and helping me understand what has been going on, what brought you to therapy, and what you would like to change. You do not need to show up with the perfect explanation or know exactly what your therapy goals are. We will figure those out together and begin identifying a few areas we can focus on moving forward. My priority is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful that therapy can actually be useful.
