Lauren Gordon

I have spent my career working with young adults and teenagers, first responders and their families, couples and individuals age 18-50. I specialize in relationship concerns, grief and loss, and situational depression and anxiety.

Typically my clients and I spend time exploring ways to manage stress, how to discuss their wants and needs with loved ones, and effective ways to communicate. I work in conjunction with the clinical therapeutic process and the enneagram to individually tailor each therapy session.

I have helped people with grief and loss and relationship issues. I feel I can offer a clinical environment that is solution focused and goal oriented in a judgement free environment.
