Great to meet you!

MA, Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I believe in supporting you in your voice and the life story that you deserve to share. As a Licensed Professional Counselor I have worked in domestic violence, eating disorder treatment and with other various outpatient individuals focusing on anxiety, relationship stress, and different forms of trauma.

My approach to therapy

Choosing to begin therapy is not easy! I am here to listen and offer support and also feedback. I believe you are the expert to your life experiences, and want to be here for you in setting goals to surpass them. Taking a holistic approach to understand how you would like to benefit from our sessions, we can work together for you to find inner peace and happiness through healing. Using mindfulness to connect your emotions and thoughts, you can develop your own toolkit to feeling relief.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I would like to get to know you more and how your story has impacted your journey. It is helpful to be able to listen to your goals and what healing looks like for you. I am here to listen, validate and offer support in empowering you to live in peace and happiness.
