Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel misunderstood— even by yourself? You may be used to managing things on your own. You’re capable, thoughtful, and probably pretty good at holding it all together— which can make it harder to recognize when you need support. I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. I believe the feelings and patterns that keep showing up aren’t random. They’re information. You just may not have had anyone help you figure out what they’re saying. Therapy can help you make sense of those patterns, understand yourself more deeply, and move forward with more clarity and intention.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I’ll sit with you in the hard moments, but I won’t just sit back and listen while you continue circling the same patterns. When something keeps showing up, we’ll get curious about what’s underneath it and how it makes sense that you got here. Together, we’ll untangle what feels overwhelming, build a deeper understanding of yourself, and work toward healthier ways of responding that create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about what you’re experiencing, what you’ve tried before, and what you hope will be different as a result of therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin— we can make sense of it together. My goal is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of where you want to go and a sense of whether I’m the right person to help you get there.
