Great to meet you!

I am a doctorally-prepared board certified women's health and psychiatric nurse practitioner. My main focus is adolescence through middle adulthood. I am able to provide neuropsychiatric testing for the diagnosis of ADHD. I also especially love working with women during their journey through pregnancy and the post-pregnancy period. I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step!

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. We’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you and support you along your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

I always start with a thorough intake where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve with medication management. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and authentic environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
