Great to meet you!

As a military veteran, mom, and therapist, I specialize in standing beside those navigating the heavy weight of grief or personal struggle. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and bring a solution-focused mindset to this work, balanced by the belief that no one should have to face dark times alone. My clinical background across diverse fields has taught me that true healing happens when you feel both deeply validated and empowered to move forward. I am unafraid of the difficult chapters of your story and am committed to honoring the journey you have already paved. Together, we will honor the weight of your experience while equipping you with the tools to reclaim your narrative and find the strength to navigate even the heaviest chapters.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be as unique as your story, so I adapt my approach to meet you exactly where you are—whether you need a safe space to process heavy moments or a solution-focused roadmap to reach your goals. Using evidence-based tools like Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with creative Art Therapy interventions, I help you disrupt old thought patterns and reclaim your narrative. I have a deep passion for supporting those navigating grief, the complexities of parenthood, the LGBTQ+ community, and adolescents facing substance use challenges. My goal is to honor the journey you’ve already paved while equipping you with the strength and clarity to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is all about getting comfortable and seeing what it feels like to have a dedicated professional in your corner who isn't afraid of the heavy stuff. You can expect a warm, judgment-free space where we’ll begin to map out your goals and figure out the best way to move forward at your pace. I bring a lot of heart to this work and I believe we can honor your pain while still finding moments of lightness. You’ll leave our first session with a clear starting point and the confidence that you have the right support to navigate the difficult chapters ahead.
