Great to meet you!

I’m Lauren, a licensed clinical social worker passionate about supporting women through the messy, meaningful, and often overwhelming transitions of life. Whether you're navigating high school, college, early adulthood, or everything in between, I’m here to offer a space that’s supportive, real, and judgment-free. I truly believe laughter fills the soul and my approach to therapy reflects that!

My approach to therapy

My approach blends real talk with evidence-based strategies. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reframe negative thought patterns, build practical coping skills, and support personal growth. That said, therapy with me isn’t just about worksheets and deep dives—there’s room for humor, humanity, and even a little laughter (because I truly believe it fills the soul).

With over 20 years of experience, I’ve found that meaningful change happens when we work at your pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, celebrate your wins (big and small), and move toward clarity, confidence, and connection.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and completely judgment-free. We'll start by getting to know each other—I'll ask some questions about what's bringing you in, what your goals might be, and any important parts of your story you'd like to share. There's no pressure to have it all figured out or to dive too deep right away—we'll go at your pace. Above all, my hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and just a little lighter knowing you're not in it alone.
