I’m Lauren Holder, M.S., P.L.P.C., and I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Missouri State University and have been practicing for over four years, helping individuals navigate the complexities of life with compassion.
I have a special interest in working with those facing anxiety, infertility, postpartum challenges, and pregnancy and infant loss. Having personally experienced infertility and the IVF process, I understand the emotional toll and unique struggles that come with this journey. My lived experience, combined with my clinical expertise, allows me to offer a deeper level of understanding and support to those walking a similar path.
In my practice, I am trained in Somatic Information Processing (SIP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—powerful approaches that help individuals process their experiences, understand the mind-body connection, and achieve lasting healing. These tools allow us to move beyond just talking about difficulties and instead help the nervous system find relief and resolution.
Healing doesn’t mean forgetting or moving on—it means finding a way to carry your story with strength, clarity, and self-compassion. No matter where you are in your journey, I am here to offer a safe space to process, heal, and grow. You don’t have to do this alone.
I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story.
