Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor, I believe taking the first step in seeking healing is prioritizing mental health. Finding a therapist that is the right fit and making that first appointment is the hardest part, so congratulations on making the first step! I’ve been practicing for the last 5 years, and over the last almost 2 years I have started specializing in women, adolescents and children.

My approach to therapy

Each client is unique, thus needed a more individualized way of therapy. It’s an important step that you are able to feel comfortable and respected in every part of the therapy process toward your path for healing. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with a first "get to know you" session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and your specific goals for therapy. As a person-centered therapist, your goals for therapy are mine. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
