Great to meet you!
Life can be overwhelming, and I truly understand how challenging it can be to juggle anxiety, chronic illness, stress, depression, and chronic pain. As a Clinical Psychologist, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate these struggles and rediscover a sense of meaning and balance in their lives.
My primary theoretical orientation is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I received specialized training in ACT on internship, residency and continues to be involved in ACBS and the implementation of ACT in the treatment of pain. My professional interests include helping people begin to implement chronic illness management skills like mindfulness, stress management, and instilling hope for re-engaging in an active and vital life.
I enjoy hiking, yoga, biking, cooking and reading in my free time.
