Great to meet you!

I work with individuals and couples to develop, deepen, and practice helpful skills and tools to improve your personal life and relationships. I am a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II: Complex Trauma (CCTP-II), Certified Somatic Therapy Foundations Practitioner (CSFTP), Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have eleven years of experience working with attachment, relationship issues, stress, nervous system regulation, anger, trauma, and the mind/body connection.

My approach to therapy

The only constant in life is change, which means transition. It also means opportunities to create more tools and skills for your toolbox! I work with attachment through a variety of phases: exploring patterns that have and have not worked, understanding unmet needs and wants, passivity versus activity, and nervous system regulation. Incorporating skills that develop empathy, self-compassion, and patience is my method to unlearning unhelpful behaviors and relearning healthier patterns.

What you can expect from me

I aim to provide you with immediate tools, understanding, and increase self-empowerment to better address and navigate parts of yourself that no longer serve your journey to your goals.
