Great to meet you!

Feeling isolated can be deeply draining, and it may seem like hope is out of reach—but you don’t have to carry it all on your own. I provide a welcoming space where individuals and couples can feel truly seen and supported. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing, connection, and meaningful growth are always possible, no matter where you’re starting from.

What I love most about this work is getting to know people—their experiences, their struggles, and their resilience. I believe that feeling truly seen and understood can be a powerful part of healing. My role is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can explore what’s weighing on you, make sense of your experiences, and move toward the life and relationships you want. With over 16 years of experience, I personalize therapy to fit you, blending evidence-based approaches like EMDR, DBT, ACT, and CBT with compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for your unique journey.

My approach to therapy

I’m passionate about continuing to learn and grow as a therapist so I can provide the most effective and meaningful support possible. Through ongoing training and professional development, I’ve gained experience in several evidence-based approaches that help clients heal, build resilience, and create lasting change—all within a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.

My work includes EMDR, which helps people process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences; Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), which supports individuals in understanding and managing the impact of trauma; DBT, which teaches practical skills for navigating intense emotions, improving relationships, and coping with stress; and ACT, which helps clients develop psychological flexibility and live more fully in alignment with their values. I also use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen emotional connection and communication in relationships, and Somatic Experiencing (SE) to help clients reconnect with their bodies and release the effects of stress and trauma. Together, we’ll find the approaches that best fit your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what’s bringing you to therapy right now. We’ll explore what’s been feeling challenging, what you’d like to see change, and the goals that matter most to you. We’ll also identify the strengths, resilience, and resources you already have that can help support your growth. From there, we’ll work together to find an approach that feels comfortable and effective for you— EMDR, practical coping strategies, deeper relational work, mindfulness, or a combination of approaches. There’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
