Great to meet you!

Is your nervous system exhausted? Are you carrying grief, constant worry, or feeling hard on yourself? You don't have to hold it all alone. Therapy can feel scary, but it can also bring relief. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can be fully yourself. With 17 years in mental health, I'm here to listen, support, and help you heal at your own pace.

My path to becoming a therapist has always been rooted in a deep desire to help others heal. I believe we aren't meant to navigate life's challenges alone—we are wired for connection, growth, and joy. Depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss can make hope feel distant. Although sharing our pain can be terrifying, it is often the first step toward healing. I am honored to hold space for others as they rediscover hope, build resilience, and experience meaningful transformation, even when healing once felt impossible. Walking alongside my clients as they reconnect with themselves and move toward a more fulfilling life is a privilege I never take for granted.

My approach to therapy

My path to becoming a therapist has always been rooted in a deep desire to help others heal. What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what’s bringing you to therapy right now. We’ll explore what’s been feeling challenging, what you’d like to see change, and the goals that matter most to you. We’ll also identify the strengths, resilience, and resources you already have that can help support your growth. From there, we’ll work together to find an approach that feels comfortable and effective for you— EMDR, practical coping strategies, deeper relational work, mindfulness, or a combination of approaches. There’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
