Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marine Corps veteran, and behavioral health educator who believes therapy should feel like a genuine conversation, not a place where you’re judged or expected to have it all figured out.

I enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, mental performance, and compulsive behaviors, with a special interest in supporting veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, women, athletes, musicians, and creatives. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while we work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best therapy happens when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. We’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck while building skills that help you move forward.

I tailor therapy to your unique needs using evidence-based approaches like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. My goal is to help you leave each session feeling supported, understood, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope will be different. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and create a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
