Great to meet you!

I use evidence-based interventions and a warm, personalized approach to help clients overcome anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. With experience working with young adults with ADHD, I focus on strengthening executive functioning and helping clients develop practical strategies for everyday life. Since 2009, I have empowered individuals through individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

I specialize in supporting clients through trauma, loss, and major life transitions. As a former clinical member of the CISM team, I have provided trauma support to first responders, and I also have experience working in forensic treatment settings and conducting evaluations.

I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step toward seeing a therapist. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel safe to explore your experiences while being both nurtured and appropriately challenged. Together, we can work toward rebuilding confidence and creating a stronger, healthier version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is individualized and client-centered. I strive to create a warm, open, and safe environment where individuals from all backgrounds feel comfortable sharing their experiences and vulnerabilities. I tailor treatment plans to align with each client’s unique needs and lifestyle, while thoughtfully challenging them to support growth and self-discovery. My work is goal-oriented and focused, ensuring clients feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout their journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a safe and welcoming space where we begin getting to know one another. I understand that opening up to someone new can feel uncomfortable, and I approach this process with patience and care. My style is conversational, fluid, and calm. We’ll explore your history at a pace that feels right for you, creating a natural dialogue that helps build trust and connection from the start.
