Great to meet you!

My name is Lauren. I am originally from Massachusetts where I got my bachelors degree in psychology in 2013. Not long after graduating undergrad I made the journey out to California for graduate school where I went to the California Institute for Integral Studies and got my Masters degree in Integral Counseling Psychology. I also specialize in psychedelic therapy and integration.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer client-centered therapy tailored to your unique needs. Whether you need a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration or a challenge with new perspectives, I'm here to help. If you're interested in psychedelic therapy, we can explore how it may benefit you. My goal is to create a supportive environment that fosters growth and healing.

What you can expect from our first session

A typical session with me usually starts with the client leading the way and I provide a curious, open-minded space to explore any topics of interest, goals they may want to set, issues they notice in a relationship, etc. I hope to help my clients understand their own emotions and reactions through learning about their own history and how that may be impacting them today.
