A bit about my approach to therapy

I typically work with individuals and couples. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to work with my clients on creating attainable goals, nothing too outlandish. I am supportine and am willing to pivot and make adjustments when necessary.
