Great to meet you!

Welcome to my practice. I earned degrees in psychology from UC Davis and Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. I worked with both youth and adults navigating challenges related to the justice system. I focus on healing trauma, depression, and anxiety. My clinical work focuses on helping clients heal from trauma, and navigate anxiety, depression, and other life challenges.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, curious, collaborative approach. I believe therapy can bring things into your awareness, introduce new perspectives, and better understand the patterns that could be keeping you stuck. Together we'll explore what meaningful change looks like for you and develop tools that support you in moving toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current concerns, and goals. We’ll review what you can expect from therapy and begin building a foundation for our work together and identify how I can best support you moving forward.
