Great to meet you!

Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why certain patterns keep showing up in their lives. I specialize in working with trauma, grief, and ADHD, supporting adults in making sense of their experiences and building a more grounded, compassionate relationship with themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and authentic—I aim to create a space where you can feel understood, supported, and able to show up as you are.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in advertising and education, which helps me connect with young professionals navigating high-pressure environments, identity shifts, and burnout. My clinical training includes EMDR, ACT, Gottman and graduate coursework at USC.

My approach to therapy

I believe each client is unique, so I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I tailor evidence-based practices to support your specific needs and goals. My aim is to create a culturally responsive, safe, and supportive space where you can show up as you are, with room for both honesty and even a bit of humor.

Clinically, I take a strengths-based and insight-oriented approach, drawing from modalities such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness. Together, we’ll focus on building awareness, exploring patterns, and finding ways to create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I’ll also help begin to identify patterns that may be contributing to feeling stuck, while creating a space where you feel comfortable and understood.

Over time, our work will focus on helping you make sense of those patterns, build insight, and develop tools that support meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, self-aware, and empowered as you move forward.
