Great to meet you!

Through years of one:one relationship-building experience, supervision from expert clinicians, comprehensive training (inc. EMDR) and USC coursework, I’m grateful to have developed clinical skills and strategies that meaningfully assist my work with clients. As a former ad strategist turned educator, my pre-therapy background allows me to relate and hold space for young professionals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am led by the belief that each client is incredibly unique, so I don’t rely on a rigid formula, but tailor evidence-based practices and universal factors that facilitate discovery and growth. My aim is to foster a culturally-responsive, safe, and nurturing space with unwavering empathy, humor, and patience. Clinically, I work from a strengths-based and insight-oriented perspective and borrow elements from CBT, EMDR, ACT, and Mindfulness practices.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to help clients pinpoint and challenge the patterns that hold them back, rewrite their story, and ultimately guide them in finding their way back towards (or discover for the very first time) the positive life they are worthy of experiencing. As clients face, explore, and work through these areas, my ultimate hope is to inspire agency and growth by equipping clients with insight and tools that allow them to arrive on the other side feeling more self-aware, fulfilled, and empowered.
