Great to meet you!

I went on to receive my Bachelors at Ramapo College of New Jersey with a major in Social Science and a minor in Substance Use Disorder. I then received my Masters of Mental Health Counseling in Addiction at Liberty University. Although I specialized in addiction, I also furthered my expansion of all other mental illnesses. I am now a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the state of Florida.

My approach to therapy

Through individualized cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness training, together we can focus on your thoughts, feelings, and behavior, helping you to stay in the moment and not let those negative thoughts take control. My goal is to help you break those negative old habits and form new healthy ones. I will work with you to provide coping skills that apply to your life to find what truly makes you happy.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will identify your needs so you can gain control of your life again, to find that spark of magic to help you live a meaningful and joyful life.
