Great to meet you!

"Life is so stressful right now - I wish I had a safe, emotionally-neutral space to process it all!" Does this sound like you? Hi there, I'm Lauren. I'm a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience helping people navigate difficult life challenges, including illness, grief, family issues, and how they impact you and your relationships. I partner with my clients and explore how the various aspects of their lives intersect - including emotional, mental, and physical health.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create an environment where you, the client, feel you have a safe place to process your thoughts and emotions and learn to cope optimally. I have extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy and grief counseling, and focus on how to supplement an individual's inherent strengths to guide them towards wellness.

What you can expect from me

After our first session you will have more clarity on the issues that challenge you most, and how we will work together to help you cope better with them, if not solve them altogether.
