Great to meet you!

You can expect a warm, respectful, and focused therapeutic relationship. I’m compassionate and attuned, and I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore difficult feelings and patterns. At the same time I’m direct and curious — I’ll offer clear feedback and gentle challenges to help you move past behaviors and beliefs that limit your growth. My goal is to help you build greater self‐understanding, stronger relationships, and practical tools that support lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I work from a psychodynamic and attachment‐focused lens, using a strengths‐based approach to help you make sense of how early relationships influence current emotions and patterns. I love to work with Complex‐PTSD, family conflict and turmoil, identity and self‐esteem work, LGBTQ+ affirmative care, and challenges related to personality structure. I blend trauma‐informed interventions, emotion‐regulation skills, relational exploration, and targeted strategies to increase self‐cohesion and healthier ways of relating.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we’ll focus on getting to know each other and clarifying what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about your history, current concerns, relationship patterns, and goals so we can develop a tailored plan. You can expect a collaborative, respectful conversation where we’ll identify priorities, discuss what therapy will look like, and agree on next steps—so you can leave with clarity and a sense of direction.
