Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a licensed clinical social worker who works with teens and adults. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I aim to create a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and nonjudgmental from the very beginning.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and practical. I draw from CBT and MI while keeping the work person-centered and focused on your goals and at your pace. Therapy with me is a space to be curious, build insight, and learn tools to navigate what you're going through.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once! My only goal is to help you feel comfortable and go at a pace that feels right for you.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and any goals you may already have in mind. I may also ask some questions about your background and current supports so I can better understand the full picture.

You’re also welcome to ask me questions about my approach or what therapy with me will look like. Together, we’ll start to build a plan that feels supportive and aligned with your needs.
