Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to helping people feel heard, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey.
I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Miami University then went on to pursue nursing at The Ohio State University where I earned a Master of Science in Nursing in 2024.
At Align Psychiatry & Wellness, I provide services to individuals ages 6 and up and I’m comfortable treating a wide variety of mental health concerns with personalized treatment plans including medication management and supportive psychotherapy. With my background in both inpatient psychiatry and community mental health, I have experience serving individuals with complex needs. My areas of interest include the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, Depression, Mood Disorders, PTSD, Psychosis, and more.
My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, with a focus on getting to know each person and what matters most to them. I truly value collaboration and believe the best care comes from working together toward goals that are meaningful to you.
