Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor offering Telehealth video services for clients in Pennsylvania. The most important part of therapy is the relationship between you and your therapist. You deserve to have a safe space for you to work through your difficulties and emotions and to feel comfortable with the provider you are working with.

I fully believe that us working together to address your difficulties is the best approach and that humor also has a healthy place in therapy. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if we could be the right therapeutic fit for you.

My approach to therapy

I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Unified Protocol, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and relational therapy. I am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship concerns. My practice also focuses on working with women and gender-diverse adults, creating a compassionate, affirming space where clients feel supported, empowered, and understood.

What you can expect from me

Initial sessions typically include an initial evaluation to gather information and see if we would be a good fit to work together. I typically ask questions about your mood, medical and family history, and what you're looking to get out of treatment. I also typically share my approach to therapy. Therapy deserves to be a safe and vulnerable space for you so it is important that you and I both feel it will be a good fit to move forward with therapy.
