Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Lauren. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and a Licensed Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapist (LMFT).

I specialize in working with high-functioning, motivated people who look “fine” on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stretched thin on the inside. I offer a warm, thoughtful space where you can slow down, feel understood, and also be gently challenged toward real growth. My approach is practical and results-oriented — we won’t just talk about problems, we’ll build skills and create meaningful, lasting change so you can feel more confident and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in anxiety, burnout, work stress, and life transitions and work using a flexible, individualized approach. I integrate CBT, DBT, attachment-based therapy, IFS, and Gottman-informed strategies to support both personal and relational growth. I bring both clinical structure and relational depth to individual therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe our sessions as warm, engaging, and genuinely collaborative. You’ll feel supported — and, when helpful, gently challenged. I care deeply about your growth, and sometimes that means compassionately “calling you forward” when old patterns are getting in your way.

We’ll spend the first few sessions building a clear understanding of you and setting personalized, meaningful goals. From there, we identify what’s kept you stuck in the past and develop practical, effective strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Fair warning: I do give homework. Real change happens between sessions, and I’ll invite you to actively practice new skills so progress feels tangible — not theoretical.
