Great to meet you!

I've had the privilege of supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional challenges in residential treatment, school-based care, and outpatient settings. Whether we're processing difficult experiences or building practical coping skills, my goal is to meet you where you are and create a therapy experience that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. Drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness, I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills to create meaningful, lasting change. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable showing up as you are and supported in working toward the changes that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your personal history, identify your goals, and talk about what you hope to gain from our work together. My priority is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clear sense of how we'll work together moving forward.
