Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, empathetic, and empowering therapist committed to providing a supportive, non‐judgmental space where clients can be themselves. I specialize in supporting women who identify as neurodivergent and are seeking a space where they can feel genuinely understood. As a ADHD Clinical Service Provider and a mother of a neurodivergent child, I take a neuro-affirming and lived experience approach that integrates an understanding of the brain’s neurobiology and the essential role of the nervous system in emotional regulation, identity, and healing. I recognize that many neurodivergent women carry trauma histories—whether from childhood, chronic invalidation, masking, or relationships where their needs were dismissed or misunderstood.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is gentle, attuned, and grounded in understanding the whole person—mind, body, and nervous system. We move at your pace, honoring both your resilience and the parts of you that feel overwhelmed or unsure.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe and validating space to share their challenges, strengths, and their goals. Together, we work toward clarity, self‐compassion, and a more grounded, authentic way of living.
