Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health practitioner with many years of experience working with professionals, young adults, incarcerated individuals, and those with substance use disorder. My goal is to help you achieve your goals and create new ones for the future.

My approach to therapy

I believe each person responds differently to treatment, so I use an eclectic approach. I may use trauma resolution, cognitive behavioral therapy, or psychoanalysis. I will work with you to find what fits and adjust as needed.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. I’ll guide you through an initial conversation about what brought you to therapy, your personal history, and any patterns or challenges you’ve been navigating. We’ll explore your goals, what you hope to gain from our time together, and what feeling “better” or “more grounded” might look like for you. This session isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about starting a collaborative process, establishing comfort and trust, and creating a clear direction for your care moving forward
