Hi! My name is Lauren Morton and I have worked in human services for 10+ years. I received my masters in Social Work from Simmons University in 2020.

I am passionate about helping my clients accept all parts of themselves and feeling empowered to make the changes they deserve to see in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I've been told by my clients that I put them at ease and create a space for honest expression of feelings. I take a warm and direct approach to therapy, collaborating with you to determine goals and working with you to figure out how you want to make change in your life.

A first session will be a time for me to get to know you - and for you to get to know me! I will focus on your "why?" for therapy - what brings you in now and what are you hoping for us to work on.
