Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported while also building the insight and tools needed for real, lasting change.

A strong area of focus in my work is trauma. I understand that trauma can affect far more than memories alone. It can shape the nervous system, relationships, sense of safety, self-worth, and the way someone moves through daily life. I work with clients who may feel stuck in patterns of hypervigilance, shutdown, overwhelm, people-pleasing, emotional reactivity, or disconnection from themselves and others. In therapy, I help clients understand how their past experiences may still be showing up in the present, while building skills to support healing, regulation, and a greater sense of stability.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with nervous system regulation strategies to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, physical responses, and behaviors. This means we may work on identifying unhelpful patterns, developing healthier coping strategies, and learning ways to feel more grounded and regulated in everyday life. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual, and I work to meet clients where they are while helping them move toward meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect me to be compassionate, honest, and engaged in the therapy process. I value creating a strong therapeutic relationship and believe healing happens when clients feel both emotionally safe and gently challenged. My hope is that clients leave sessions with a deeper understanding of themselves, practical tools they can actually use, and a growing sense of confidence in their ability to heal and move forward.
