Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey with extensive experience in individual adult and adolescent psychotherapy, children’s play therapy, and couples therapy. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fordham University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hodges University in Naples, FL. Using a blend of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, I will create a customized treatment plan to meet the unique needs of where you are on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping adults navigate a range of challenges including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, personality disorders, and body image issues. Additionally, I work with couples to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and address conflicts that impact emotional and relational well-being. Using a blend of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, I tailor my work to meet the unique needs of each client or couple

What you can expect from me

In both individual and couples therapy, I emphasizes the importance of understanding the interconnectedness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work collaboratively with clients to increase self-awareness, build effective coping skills, and develop healthier thinking and communication patterns. For couples, I focus on fostering deeper emotional connection, enhancing communication strategies, and resolving patterns of conflict to build stronger, more fulfilling relationships.

My goal is to help clients—whether individually, as a couple—reach their fullest potential and create lasting, positive change. By prioritizing mindfulness, self-care, and relationship-building, I guide individuals and families toward personal growth, improved emotional resilience, and healthier, more satisfying relationships.
