My approach to therapy

I am primarily a Narrative therapist with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy woven through. My approach is based on looking at your story as a chronological whole, while challenging and reframing irrational thoughts and behavior patterns.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together I will learn about your primary concerns and reasons for coming to therapy. We will discuss your background, family history, medications, etc, and then determine goals and a treatment plan.
