Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a 10+ year background and training in women's health and more recently perinatal mental health. I bring an empathetic, compassionate perspective to my work. Seeking support can sometimes feel overwhelming, and my goal is to help make this process more approachable. Therapy with me is first rooted in connection and ultimately tailored to your individual story.

My approach to therapy

Your story and journey are unique to you, and that deserves an individualized approach and care. I prefer to approach therapy collaboratively with you and work as a team. I use a blend of evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and EFT to explore how your thoughts, emotions, and inner experiences relate to one another. I also pay attention to how the body holds emotions and may bring in mindfulness or grounding practices when helpful. My role is to walk alongside you as you gain clarity, build resilience, and create change that aligns with your goals.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session, giving you the space to share your story and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy as well as working towards building a trust-based foundation in therapy. Together, we’ll explore and clarify your goals. It is always my goal to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe, comfortable, and able to be open. As sessions progress, we will continue working collaboratively to help you move toward the changes you want to see.
