Great to meet you!

I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and respected. My goal is to create an honest space in which we can safely and non-judgmentally explore your concerns. I work with people facing a wide range of challenges, some of which include depression, anxiety, grief, relationship and social issues, as well as situation based challenges. I value the strength, resilience, and individuality each person brings to the therapeutic process, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathetic curiosity, collaboration, and genuine connection. I believe strong therapeutic work is built on mutual respect and honesty, and that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you, clarify your goals, and create a meaningful path forward. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques to address both immediate concerns and the deeper patterns of beliefs and behaviors that may be limiting your potential. My goal is not simply to help you get through a difficult moment, but to support you in developing insight, building on your strengths, and creating lasting change in a way that feels authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, you can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where we can begin getting to know one another and explore what brought you to therapy. I’ll listen with genuine curiosity and care, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to understand your current concerns, your strengths, and what you hope to accomplish. We’ll take time to establish a foundation of trust and identify goals that feel meaningful to you rather than rushing into a one-size-fits-all approach. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’ll meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be. My hope is that you leave our sessions feeling heard, respected, and supported.
