As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I believe everyone has strengths and, at times, challenges that can be overcome with support and guidance. I have over 15 years of experience in acute inpatient, outpatient, community/home-based, and crisis intervention.

I have a special interest in supporting those with anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. I’m a strengths-based therapist who has a friendly, direct, and humorous approach. I utilize a relational and person-centered approach along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
