Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you don’t feel like you have to perform, explain away your emotions, or carry everything alone. My goal is to create a space where you can exhale a little, feel genuinely understood, and show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment. I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who values authenticity, trust, and human connection above all else. Many of the people I work with are used to being the “strong one” for everyone else, while quietly carrying anxiety, stress, self-doubt, overwhelm, relationship struggles, or emotional exhaustion beneath the surface.

I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. I don’t believe healing comes from being criticized or “fixed.” Instead, I believe meaningful change happens when people feel emotionally safe enough to explore their thoughts, patterns, relationships, and experiences honestly. I strive to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered to grow at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable for you.

My approach to therapy

My style is relational, collaborative, and grounded. I want therapy to feel like a real conversation with someone who is fully present with you, while also offering insight, structure, and evidence-based support. Together, we may explore the impact of past experiences, patterns in relationships, nervous system responses to stress, self-esteem challenges, perfectionism, boundaries, grief, identity development, or the ways anxiety and overwhelm may be affecting your day-to-day life. I also recognize that healing is not linear, and there is no “perfect” way to move through difficult seasons.

Outside of the therapy room, I feel most grounded when I’m in nature. Whether it’s hiking a quiet trail, spending time outdoors, or simply getting fresh air and open space, nature reminds me of the importance of slowing down, reconnecting, and making room to breathe. I also have a deep appreciation for animals, especially dogs, and the steady companionship and comfort they bring. In many ways, those qualities mirror how I think about therapy and relationships in general: authentic, supportive, calming, and built on trust.

What you can expect from me

I work to create a therapeutic environment that feels approachable and emotionally safe while also encouraging growth, insight, and resilience. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve spent a long time trying to manage things on your own. You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I will meet you where you are with compassion and without judgment.

My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, develop healthier coping tools, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and aligned with who you truly are.
