Great to meet you!

I know that reaching out for support isn't always easy, so however you got here, I'm glad you did. I work with adults and couples navigating a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, anger and impulse challenges, stress, and issues that arise specifically for women. A lot of the people I see are carrying more than they let on and are simply looking for a space where they can set it down for a while.

Something I care deeply about, both in my own life and in the work we do together, is balance. Life is full, and it's easy to lose track of the things that keep us steady: rest, connection, time for yourself, the people you love. Part of what I hope to help you find is a way of living that feels sustainable and true to what matters most to you.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so I draw from a range of evidence-based methods and tailor them to you and what you're working toward.

Depending on your goals, we might use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to work with unhelpful thought patterns and reconnect you with your values. For those healing from trauma, I often use Trauma-Focused CBT and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), which offer gentle, structured ways to move through difficult experiences. I also lean on Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Motivational Interviewing when we want to build momentum, and I bring a Positive Psychology lens to help you notice and strengthen what's already working. For couples, I use the Gottman Method and Behavioral Couples Therapy to rebuild connection and communication.

Underneath all of it, my belief is simple: you are resourceful and capable, and my job is to walk alongside you as you find your own way forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you're comfortable with. We'll talk about what brought you in, what you're hoping to change or understand, and what a good outcome would look like for you.

Just as importantly, it's a chance for you to get a feel for me and how we work together. Fit matters, and I want you to leave that first meeting with a sense of whether this feels like the right space for you. From there, we'll shape a plan together at a pace that feels manageable.

I look forward to meeting you.
