I have a master's in social work and am licensed in clinical social work for Indiana and Illinois. I have training and experience working with trauma and utilizing a cognitive behavior approach. I've been trained in EMDR therapy. Eye movement and Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy for over 10 years and am a Consutant. I have work with court ordered families and their children, with juvenile offenders and also outpatient clients. I am Certified in Employee Assistance Programing which is brief treatment. Therefore, I like to utilize Solution Focused therapy and work towards resolutions.

I consider myself a lifelong learner.

I teach and practice faith-based yoga as a means of self-care and mindfulness activities.

I meet clients where they are at and start to assist them with the journey, they want to partake in.
