Anxiety, Identity Issues, PTSD, Relationship Issues, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I am trained as a systems therapist, and I enjoy helping people understand the way they operate in relationship to one another and within the larger frames of family, community, and social systems. I bring experience from a background in public education, non-profits, and community resourcing. I have a deep love for people and all the stories that make folks who they are.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I bring openness, humor, and warmth to the work we do together. I use an integrative approach of attachment focused and experiential modes to treat what is happening with the client in the present moment. I'm especially equipped to help people with trauma recovery, life and identity transitions, anxiety and depression, family and relationship issues, grief, and issues related to spirituality and sexuality.

What you can expect from our first session

I work to make sure my clients feel deeply seen and respected. Together we identify barriers and create open space for curiosity and experimentation. Clients are challenged to try on new perspectives and responses that can help them find more integrated, sustainable, and even joyful lives.
