Great to meet you!

When your child or teen is struggling with anxiety, OCD, or the effects of trauma, it can feel frightening and isolating as a parent. You may notice mood changes, intrusive thoughts, emotional shutdown, or behaviors that don’t make sense — and feel unsure how to help. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 13 years of experience, specializing in working with children ages 10 and up, teens, couples, adults, and their families.

My approach to therapy

I offer a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to open up and parents feel supported and informed.

I have specialized training in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and extensive experience treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), including intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, reassurance-seeking, and avoidance. I also specialize in trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and work with co-occurring disorders when challenges overlap.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will learn more about what is bringing you in for therapy. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to share and we will take time to build that rapport to create safety.
