Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over eight years of experience supporting adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, substance use disorders, and major life transitions. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people in moments when life feels heaviest, listening with care, honoring their stories, and helping them find a sense of calm even when the path ahead feels uncertain. I’ve learned that healing often begins with feeling genuinely heard, and I strive to offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

My approach is collaborative and practical, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness based strategies that help you understand your patterns, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves care that reflects their individuality. When we begin our work as partners in your care, we’ll create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged in your growth. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and that you feel respected and understood. I’ll be there to listen closely, offer thoughtful challenges, and support you with compassion as you grow.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll have space to share your story and the goals you hope to work toward. I bring a blend of warmth, curiosity, and supportive guidance, meeting you exactly where you are while honoring your unique journey. Together, we’ll explore new perspectives and possibilities in a comfortable space that feels safe and empowering. I’m here to walk alongside you as you move forward on your path. Healing isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone.
