Great to meet you!

I would be honored to work with you. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, working in the East Bay in the SF Bay Area, and also through Telehealth in CA.

I have been a Psychotherapist for 25 years, which has provided me much experience and empathy working with all different kinds of people and populations. I work with Individual adults, adolescents and children (5+). (Ideally with children under 13, I hold sessions in person).

I bring compassion, presence and acceptance to my work with clients. I am trained in EMDR, a powerful treatment tool to help resolve trauma. I also use art to help clients express feelings that cannot always be put into words.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational and supportive. I create a safe container to help you to know yourself more deeply, and be witnessed in that process. I trust in the intuitive wisdom of each individual, and their ability to uncover and heal that which needs healing. I can work in a solutions focused way if client is wanting. I meet each person with compassion, honor and respect where she/he/they are in their journey.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will have an opportunity to connect and you can tell me about yourself - what brings you to therapy, what feels important to you at this time, and what you are looking for in a Therapist. I look forward to meeting you.
