Great to meet you!

I work with adults across California who are carrying more than they let on — people navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, cultural identity, and the invisible weight of chronic stress. I've spent years working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and I bring that experience into every session. My clients often come in feeling like they're the only one who struggles the way they do. They leave feeling understood, less alone, and more equipped.

My approach to therapy

Come with whatever you're carrying — there's no right or wrong way to start. My approach blends mindfulness, evidence-based techniques, and a genuine curiosity about your whole story. I don't use a one-size-fits-all framework because you are not a one-size-fits-all person. Whether we're working through past trauma, untangling anxiety, exploring identity, or managing addiction, I tailor each session to what you actually need — not what a textbook says you should need. Therapy with me feels collaborative. You drive; I help you navigate.

What you can expect from me

Expect a real conversation, not an intake form read back to you. In your first session, I'll ask about what brought you here, what's felt hard lately, and what you're hoping to feel differently about. There's no pressure to share everything at once — we build at your pace. By the end of that first session, most clients tell me they already feel a shift just from being genuinely heard. You can log in from anywhere in California, and I accept Aetna, Blue Shield of California, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Cigna.
