I am a warm and genuine psychotherapist who is passionate about supporting others navigate life’s challenges and finding a deeper sense of meaning, connection and transformation. I am grateful to serve young and middle aged adults 18-40 yrs old located in NJ and NY who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life and adjustment challenges, self-esteem/self worth challenges and who've experienced relational/familial trauma.

My approach is relational and trauma-informed, drawing from psychoanalysis, IFS, DBT, somatic practices, and Polyvagal Theory to meet your unique needs
