Great to meet you!

My philosophy is that all humans could benefit from having a person separate from their day to day life to reach out to for support and unconditional positive regard. If you're looking for a therapist that will meet you with a mix of compassion, irreverence, and humor I may be the right fit for you. I look forward to working with you to bring balance back into your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim to help my patients regain autonomy and a sense of agency in their world. I use evidenced based practices in a non-judgmental and compassionate way to ensure individuals have the tools necessary to navigate life more effectively. We work together to build awareness around what is no longer working for you and establish new ways of coping.

What you can expect from our first session

Individuals can expect to have a space to discuss current life stressors without fear of judgment. I believe in using solution-focused techniques to directly address what it is that is currently causing distress in someone's life. We will work together to build awareness surrounding current distress and develop a plan to skillfully address it.
