Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Lauren. I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and work primarily with folks with depression, people who are grieving, as well as those who find themselves wondering how to feel like their 'usual self' again. I mainly work with college aged students and adults.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to call it a 'laid back' approach; good ole fashioned talk therapy mixed in which some creative problem solving, and a safe space to process emotions and learn how to navigate the tough ones.

What you can expect from our first session

A deep and fun conversation about your strengths and how to grow as a person, despite any emotional distress weighing you down.
