Great to meet you!

As a member of the Queer community, I make sure therapy sessions with me are a safe place for clients to be who they are and talk about their experiences without shame or fear of judgement. Many of my clients are trans, gender diverse, and members of the LGBTQAI+ community. As a provider I work to educate myself on the unique issues and sociopolitical climate impacting my clients.

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker providing only Telehealth (phone or video sessions) at this time.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is collaborative. You are the expert in your life, I am here to help navigate it. Together we identify strengths and challenges and come up with a plan to address issues and concerns you’re having.

Therapy can including discovering patterns, processing events from childhood, exploring issues with current relationships, and validating the hard work you put in outside of sessions. Therapy can be a place for weekly accountability, a monthly check in, or whatever meets your need.

What you can expect from me

When working with me, sessions can include: learning coping skills to help with anxiety, processing trauma (including complex PTSD and PTSD), and exploring accommodations to help with day-to-day life with ADHD.

I have training in DBT and love incorporating skill building into sessions to aide clients with emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, problem solving, and managing interpersonal relationships.
